* Tracked Standard Shipping is only for less urgent orders, delivery could extend due to many reasons such as Christmas season, rural area, custom clearance, airline strike. If you need the product very soon, please either check with our NZ warehouse to confirm it is in local stock or use DHL service.

* A surcharge is applied per DHL shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.

* If you are living in remote area, please select DHL Remote option at checkout.  If you choose the DHL option, means the remote area surcharge is not paid. We will NOT ship your order by DHL but EMS. EMS is faster than Standard shipping but a little bit slower than DHL.

2.The item should be returned to us within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged in arrival.Returns must have all original packaging and accessories.If the item is found non-defective.We will return it at buyer's expense.
